The real constraint is the 25–30 km separation between old Raipur and the Naya Raipur venues, so a job split across both needs two crews rather than one shuttling.
Local expectations
Public-function staging follows a familiar Hindi-belt grammar: a wide dais with a long row of chairs, a podium with lectern mic and clean lectern lighting, a prominent backdrop with legible Hindi text, and a sound design that privileges speech over music.
