Question 1

What is the minimum budget for a production?

Accepted Answer

We focus on premium events and quote each one against its brief — guest count, venue, number of days and the production scope you need.

Question 2

Which cities do you cover?

Accepted Answer

All tier 1 metros and 80+ tier 2 cities across India, plus destination venues.

Question 3

Do you own your equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a large owned inventory of sound, LED, lighting, staging, projection and drone equipment, maintained in our own warehouses.

Question 4

What drives the cost of a drone show?

Accepted Answer

Fleet size above all, then animation complexity, permissions and the number of rehearsal flights. A 100-drone reveal and a 1,000-drone narrative show are different projects, and we quote each against the brief.

Question 5

What drives the cost of projection mapping?

Accepted Answer

Surface area and content. Mapping a product or a stage set is a far smaller job than a full heritage façade, and bespoke 3D animation is usually the largest single line in the quote.

Question 6

What drives the cost of an LED wall?

Accepted Answer

Panel area and pixel pitch, then processing, rigging method and the number of days on site. A finer pitch costs more per square metre, so we specify it from your nearest viewing distance rather than by default.

Question 7

Do you handle permissions?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for drone shows, outdoor sound and large public events we manage the paperwork with local authorities.

Question 8

Can you live stream our event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, multi-camera live streaming and hybrid production are available with every package.

Question 9

How early should we book?

Accepted Answer

6–10 weeks for October–March dates; 3–4 weeks otherwise.

Question 10

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our touring crews regularly produce in Udaipur, Jaipur, Goa, Jodhpur, Kerala and abroad.
