Sound
Plan for wireless mics for hosts, a dance-ready PA with subs and a separate monitor for performers.
Visuals
An LED backdrop shows performance videos, photos and live camera feeds. Pair it with pixel-mapped decor lighting.
Run of show
Share every performance track and cue list a week before, and schedule a full tech rehearsal on the day.
