What decides the scale
Fleet size is set by shape complexity and viewing distance, not by guest count. A hundred and fifty aircraft give clean simple shapes and short text; a detailed logo or long names in a complex script need four hundred or more before the image resolves. Custom 3D animation, multiple show nights and remote locations all add to the build.
What drives the cost
Drone count, animation complexity, permissions from local authorities and DGCA, travel and the number of rehearsal flights are the main factors.
